Bobbie Bruce

My parents started me with horseback riding lessons at the age of 5 and by age 11, I owned my first horse. My dad would drop me and my Australian Shepherd (Blu) off at the stables where I would spend all of my free time growing up. At such an early age, it taught me love and respect for animals. Later on, I was fortunate to have volunteered for the Humane Society and assisted with animal care, adoption events, marketing and pet therapy.

I am so happy to have found the GreenDog Foundation family where I can volunteer my time.  This is an amazing group of people who I am proud to be associated with in their plight to save and rescue innocent animals in need.
