Rest in peace, Woody...
Woody came to the GreenDog Ranch almost 2 years ago as a hospice. His mother's mental illness had progressed to wear she could no longer care for him. Woody was a big dog with a goofy personality; he loved destroying toys and loved his food even more. He was comfortable and loved and we are glad we were able to give him a home for his last years...until we meet again, Woody ❤️🐾 🌈 #love

Little "Wonky" (aptly coined from her wonky ears) has the most expressive face ever! This little lovebug didn't even get her photo up for adoption as we have several adopters 'waiting' for us to find the perfect pup for them, and when we received Wonky, we knew she was the perfect fit for the Morales family in Mission Viejo. Their little boy Gizmo has been grieving the loss of his playmate and Wonky and Gizmo instantly had a connection and has brought a new life back into their home. How many of you remember Goku? What a transformati

How many of you remember Goku? What a transformation he’s made! ❤️Goku was rescued from the Riverside Shelter where he sat for the required 10-14 days due to microchip hold WITH a completely broken jaw. He also lost his eye and had his tongue almost completely severed off. In addition, multiple locations around his neck had to be sutured. He was obviously attacked, and for this little 6 pound man, he's lucky to have survived. The jaw surgery was very expensive and the poor guy had to have pins through his jaw for almost 2 months, but it worked! And he slowly improved every week.Then he met Jessy and fell in love, and Jessy fell in love with him. He lives in San Diego now with his brother Marley who was also adopted along with him. #love #adoptdontshop 🐾 greendogfoundation.com

Congratulations Pinot and thank you Emily Bodkin for giving this sweet girl the best new home! ❤️Pinot (she’s the one on the right) had a rough start on life, but got lucky when Emily and her family offered to foster her for us while she recovered from surgery. Well, let’s just say she wasn’t there very long before she decided she was moving in and proceeded to steal their hearts. I mean, look at that face? Who could resist! She’s living her best life with her new family, including her two new fur brothers. Happy Tails Pinot! 🐾
